DCRM Series (Depth Control Molding Machine)

1. The Z-axis of the machine is independently controlled. With the combination of high-precision linear gauge, board press function and contact tool length measurement the accuracy of depth control is maintained and improves the routing accuracy of the panels (PCBs).

2. The new technology and structure optimizes the machine size, and improves customer's factory utilization. Both lightweight and strong rigidity were achieved through the finite element method (FEM).

3. Suitable for depth routing of printed circuit boards and flex-rigid PCBs.

4. Centralized parts management and large access door design facilitate machine maintenance and inspection.

5. Suitable for mass production in depth routing by the combination of independently controlled Z-axis feeds and a high-precision depth gauge.
