The Z-axis of the machine is independently controlled. With the combination of high-precision linear gauge, board press function and contact tool length measurement the accuracy of depth control is maintained and improves the routing accuracy of the panels (PCBs).

3. Suitable for depth routing of printed circuit boards and flex-rigid PCBs.

5. Suitable for mass production in depth routing by the combination of independently controlled Z-axis feeds and a high-precision depth gauge.
