The X and Y moving table are equipped with linear motors and high-precision linear scale. Each station is equipped with a probe and a vacuum chuck table to achieve high depth control accuracy with ±0.03mm, and ensure the manufacture accuracy stability. The applications are including PCB drilling, fixtures, aluminum substrates and depth control routing.
