TDM series CNC drilling machine with ball-screw feeding system is designed by requirement of high-precision processing capability, and the machine structure is made of high-grade cast iron. The constructure of machine is optimized by using CAE to achieve the high stiffness machine system and stable processing capability. Overall, better precision stability and processing efficiency during PCB drilling is provided with models having 1 to 6 axis.
2. The spindle speed is selectable (160,000 or 200,000rpm), to correspond to the needs of different types of PCB boards.
3. Optional depth control function ensures board depth certitude during blind drilling, and processing materials with uneven thickness.
4. Optional Tongtai TLMPCB allows you to see real-time problems, solve problems, and improve efficiency to ensure the availability of equipment and uninterrupted production.
