Tongtai linear motor CNC drilling machines (TDL series) provide better, more stable precision with excellent PCB drilling efficiency. TDL series with 1 to 6 stations machines is for different production line, such as small lots and mass production. Moreover, the CCD camera system with compensation function is for high accuracy drilling of PCB.
2. Achievable processing include: ABF carrier board drilling (equipped with 350,000 rpm spindles); depth control drilling; flip drilling for HLC PCB; CCD camera system with compensation function ; and 3C product hole drilling.
3. The spindle speeds are variable (160,000; 200,000; 300,000; 350,000) to fully meet the multiple needs of any and all types of PCB boards.
