Tongtai (TWSE: 4526) 2020 Q2 BOD Press Release

TONGTAI MACHINE & TOOL CO., LTD. (TWSE: 4526) held the Board meeting on August 6, 2020 and reported its 2nd quarter 2020 consolidated financial statements.   Consolidated revenue for the 2nd quarter 2020 was NT$2.158 billion, representing a 23% increase quarter-over-quarter and the second quarter EPS was NT$ 0.06 with net income NT$0.016 billion.  Overall, in the first half of 2020, due to the significant impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, consolidated revenue NT$3.919 billion which decreased by 30% year-over-year and the loss per share for the first half of 2020 was NT$0.46 with net loss NT$0.116 billion.  In addition, the Company announced its consolidated revenue of July 2020 of NT$0.59 billion, decreased by 26.7% and 28.86% month-over-month and year-over-year, respectively.  Accumulated consolidated revenue for the period ended July 31, 2020 was NT$4.50 billion, decreased by 29.61% year-over-year.
