2020 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting and May sales report

TONGTAI MACHINE & TOOL CO., LTD.  (TWSE:4526)) held its 2020 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on June 9, 2020, which passed the following major resolutions: (1) Acknowledged the 2019 Business Report and Financial Statements, (2) Approved the distribution of a 2019 cash dividend of NT$0.2 per share. (3) Election of the Board of Directors, including 10 directors and 3 independent directors.

TT Group has reported consolidated net revenue of NT$718,133 thousand in ,May 2020, increase by NT$84,664 thousand +13.37% from NT$633,469 thousand in May 2020, and decrease by NT$243,719 thousand (-25.34%) from NT$961,852 thousand in May 2019.
Accumulated consolidated net revenue for the period ended May 31, 2020 was NT$3,109,916 thousand, decrease by NT$ 1,488,100 thousand (-32.36%) from NT$ 4,598,016 thousand compared to the same period of last year.
